I've always been a passionate writer. With a love for Shakespeare and philosophy, the decision to become a freelance journalist was essentially a no-brainer.
I gained my first professional experience at GosuGamers, where I started writing about esports and gaming on a daily basis. I would pull of late-nighters and recap US tournaments. I wrote team profiles, analyses and opinion pieces, generating the most reader engagement out of all the other CS:GO writers on the platform. After less than a year, I transitioned to Deutsche Welle. There I expanded my knowledge into video and editing.
When my time at DW came to a close, I decided to become a full-fledged freelancer. Through the years, I had gotten to know numerous personalities in esports who were interested in projects and allowed me to see them through for them. My past clients include ALTERNATE aTTaX, expert eSport, EPW and the German Esports Association (ESBD).
While I slowly build up my knowledge in programming and computer science, I will continue to work in esports and journalism in general.
