#ThisIsAttax is a series of video profiles detailing the players of ALTERNATE aTTaX. We began this project in January of 2019, when I visited the team's bootcamp and recorded the interviews.
I strapped a 30mm f1.4 Sigma lens on my Sony a6300 and used a small LED panel to aid the ambient lighting. Recording in S-Log2, I was able to achieve a warm, yet realistic feeling.
I mostly relied on footage from events to fill up the video, as well as in-game moments of the individual players. Over the course of almost two months, weekly episodes of all the players and their coach were released on YouTube.
Of course the production of such a video isn't as easy as just recording an interview and slapping a bit of footage onto it. I spent a huge chunk of the time digging through the internet in search for old recordings of the players. If you want to visualize the players' history, you gotta do it right!
