IEM Cologne is one of the most prestigious event circuits in all of esports. I don't know many people who aren't aware of the "Cathedral" and its place in the esports history books. So when ALTERNATE aTTaX punched their ticket through the German qualifier, we were all pretty stoked.
While we couldn't deliver when the time came, I got the chance to peek behind the curtains of IEM from a player's perspective. Previously, I had only ever attended as press through Deutsche Welle and others. I'm especially proud of my footage from our pre-match session with the sports psychologist Rupert Hoop. You don't usually get to see this stuff and I'd like to think that our fans appreciate this kind of BTS content.
